These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wix Games website, player accounts, web games and related online services. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Who we are

The services are operated by WIX GAMES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08000001. Questions about these terms can be sent to help@wixgames.co.uk.

2. Using the services

You may use the services for personal, lawful entertainment and to access the features we make available. You must not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, exploit other users, or use automated systems in a way that causes harm or unreasonable load.

3. Player accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in details and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of these terms.

4. Children and families

Our games may appeal to a general audience. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must review them and permit your use. Marketing email preferences are separately restricted to people who confirm they are 18 or older.

5. Games, artwork and intellectual property

Wix Games and its licensors own the services and their games, software, artwork, characters, music, names, logos and other content, except where stated otherwise. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the services. They do not transfer ownership or permit commercial copying, resale, modification or redistribution.

6. User messages and submissions

If you send feedback, support messages or other material, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it is not unlawful, abusive or infringing. You retain ownership of your material. You permit us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, moderate the services and improve our games.

7. Third-party platforms and links

The services may link to or interact with stores, social platforms, hosting providers and other third parties, including TikTok. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. Wix Games developer integrations may publish or display official Wix Games content through those platforms, but do not give third parties access to a Wix Games player account unless clearly stated and authorised.

8. Purchases

Purchases are normally processed by the store or platform where they are offered. Pricing, payment, cancellation and refund rules shown by that platform apply alongside any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, balance, replace, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, fix problems, improve a game or respond to legal and platform requirements. We do not guarantee that every service or online feature will always be available, but we will not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Responsibility

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Ending access

You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service closure, or a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Provisions that naturally continue, including ownership and lawful limits of responsibility, remain effective.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Wix Games handles personal information. Third-party services handle information under their own policies.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the services, law or platform requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to your rights under applicable law.

14. Law and contact
